Small, on-shift actions that build confidence, communication, and steadiness. Nothing abstract. Everything tied to their job.
5. monthly group workshops
Real-world leadership skills: conflict, feedback, emotional control, team communication, and running a predictable shift.
6. ownership updates
Short monthly notes so you know what’s improving, what’s stabilizing, and where the opportunities are.
